100% Money Back Service Contracts


The 100% Money Back Service Contract is available for most Domestic and Import vehicles - even Chrysler's SRT line of High Performance vehicles.

All 100% Money Back Service Contracts feature Maximum Care Coverage and are available in a variety on Time/Mileage options to meet the needs of individual drivers. Purchasers are allowed to use the Roadside Assistance, Towing, Rental Car Allowance and Trip Interruption benefits without penalty to the 100% Money Back Guarantee offer.

  • Provides 100% Money Back on the Full Price of the Service Contract if all of the following conditions are met:
    • There were no Diagnostic or Mechanical Repairs performed during the life of the contract
    • The original purchaser of the Service Contract is still in possession of the plan and the vehicle at the time the 100% refund is requested
    • The Service Contract must expire by time. (If the contract expires by mileage first, the purchaser must wait for the time portion to expire before submitting the 100% refund request.)
    • Purchaser of the Service Contract must submit the "Money-Back Guarantee/Refund Request Form" to the address listed on the form within 90 days of the contract's expiration
    • Canceled or Transferred Service Contracts are NOT eligible for the 100% Money Back offer

    • $100 "Sign and Go" Roadside Assistance
    • $100 Towing Allowance for Mechanical Repairs
    • $1,000 Trip Interruption Coverage
    • $35 First Day Rental Allowance
    • Additional Rental Allowance for up to five days at $35 per day for vehicles being repaired
